  • Top Down Design (TDD): This design concept is not mandatory since less parties involve. However, TDD is recommended for plastic enclosure design, chassis design, PCBs, and cable routing.
  • Simulation: Design optimization for space, max/min outputs, stress, manufacturability, etc., . Our simulation data are ready to interact with IOT features and devices.
  • Manufacturability: Design best practice for plastics, castings, turn parts, mill parts, sheetmetal, ease of assemble, minimize assemble times, etc.
  • GD&T: Create GD&T at the part model with GD&T Advisor module from Sigmetrix to ensure closed loop dimensioning, integrity, and MBD implementation
  • Tolerance Analysis: Perform analysis via CeTOL software from Sigmetrix
  • Engineering calculations can be captured in MathCAD so the data can interact with CAD models and IOT sensors.
